Abstract

Blockchain may enhance healthcare data privacy, security, and transparency. Managing dispersed system access while protecting user privacy is tricky. Multi-agent artificial intelligence systems (MAIS) can make autonomous judgments, satisfying numerous stakeholders. MAIS's blockchain-based healthcare system distributed access control is examined here. MAIS optimises access restrictions and system security using blockchain smart contracts and machine learning. AI and blockchain may improve data management, security, and healthcare data interchange trust. Scalable and flexible AI models are needed to suit healthcare firms' shifting needs, according to this paper. User trust, ethics, and system integration are MAIS access control issues. Integrating systems is difficult.
