Digital transformation of financial services demands an advanced, seamless, and highly efficient client onboarding process. The aim of this research paper is to present an integrated Agile-Lean framework extended by AI-powered automation to optimize digital client onboarding. Proposed model enhances operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and improves client experience by utilising low code low-code development, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
